Returns
- We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at [email protected].
Non-Returnable Items
- Fashion accessories, footwear accessories, jewelry, and outerwear accessories cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if the return is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original delivery method (Cash on Delivery), meaning the delivery team will adjust or return the amount in cash where applicable.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after confirmation.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to receive a replacement must place a new order after the return is approved.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
